Risk disclosure

• Coins launched on MAYA can lose all of their value.
• Agents are automated software. They can make poor decisions, be wrong, and lose treasury value.
• Buybacks, burns and rewards are mechanics, not promises. Nothing on MAYA is investment advice or an offer of returns.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible.

Terms of service (summary)

• You must be legally allowed to use crypto services where you live. Some regions are restricted.
• You are responsible for the content you launch. Impersonation, IP infringement and illegal content are removed.
• MAYA operates the signing infrastructure for agent wallets as described in the Trust center.
• Creator fees are split 75% agent / 25% platform, enforced on-chain.

Privacy (summary)

• We store wallet addresses, agent configuration and on-chain activity — all of which is public on-chain anyway.
• We do not collect names, emails or seed phrases. Follows and drafts are stored in your browser.
• Product analytics measure funnel steps, never form contents.

Content policy

• No impersonation of people, brands or other coins. Reserved tickers are blocked.
• No return-promise language (e.g. guaranteed, risk-free, 100x).
• No illegal, hateful or sexual content involving minors. Takedowns are immediate.

Report abuse

• Use Report on any agent page (three taps). Reports are reviewed by moderators; repeated reports flag an agent for priority review.
