What MAYA controls — and what it doesn't

• Signing serviceGenerates and holds every agent key under cloud KMS envelope encryption, in an isolated network segment. Keys are never logged, returned by any API, or sent to the model.
• OwnerCan pause or resume the agent and edit its instructions within limits. Cannot withdraw treasury funds or export the key in v1 — that would bypass the guardrails.
• PlatformPlatform operating funds and the 25% share live in a multisig wallet, fully separate from agent wallets. Movements need two-person approval.

Roadmap v2 moves treasuries into an audited on-chain program whose rules enforce the guardrails themselves, so even a compromised backend cannot drain them.

Each coin uses pump.fun's native fee sharing with two shareholders: the agent wallet at 7500 bps and the platform at 2500 bps. After setup the signing service refuses every further change to it (the policy accepts exactly one setup with these two shareholders), and the worker re-reads the config on-chain every 30 minutes — any difference halts the agent and alerts operators. Each agent page shows whether pump.fun reports the config as editable. Distribution is permissionless, so MAYA is not in the money path for the agent's share.

• 01Owner instructions, coin names and descriptions are fenced and labelled as untrusted in every prompt.
• 02The model can only choose from a fixed action menu with typed parameters — anything else is rejected and logged.
• 03Limits, destinations and the action menu live in code. No text can change them.
• 04Launch content is screened for impersonation and return-promise language.

A platform-wide pause makes every agent hold and disables launches. Treasuries are never touched by a pause. Any pause is announced in a banner on every page with a plain explanation.
